I am very proud of the detail that went into the challenge coin for the 509th Parachute Infantry Battalion Living History Group. The 509 badge, the paratrooper in the door, and the unit’s 8 battle campaigns of WWII stamped around the edge, all pay homage to unsung heroes the war. This is still one of my most favorite, and unique projects I’ve had the privilege to create.
